The health of our patients is the top priority at Primary Eyecare Associates.
As we begin to reopen our practice and provide care to our patients we are staying vigilant with the necessary precautions and preventative measures as per the guidelines set out by Governor Northam, the American Optometric Association and other health advisories regarding the spread of COVID-19. We can ensure you that during your visit, the safety of you and our staff members are of the utmost importance to us. To reinforce this, we will be implementing a safety and hygiene protocol.
What We Are Doing In The Office
Our office will be cleaned and disinfected often throughout the day.
Extensive hygiene and disinfecting will be implemented before and after each patient.
We are sanitizing all frames before and after patients have tried them on.
HVAC system has been fully serviced with high grade HEPA filters.
We are allotting extended time between patients to allow distance and disinfecting.
Our doctors and staff will be wearing masks. Gloves will be used as needed.
We respectfully request that only the scheduled patient enters the office for their appointment. One parent is encouraged to attend the appointment with your minor child.
We are asking that all patients come in wearing masks or mouth covering.
We are asking for all patients to wash their hands upon entering the office.
We continue to monitor this situation as it evolves, and we will update you with new procedures and processes as they are put into place in effort to continue care and protect patients. Should you have any specific questions or concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected], or 703-272-7880.
